Team Cooking Competition



Team Cooking Competition can be a delivered as a competitive or cooperative teambuilding event! Our Lead Chef facilitator will make your participants feel like chefs on a TV show when they form your group into teams and prepare them for their event.

Every chef knows that to begin any culinary event, you need a chef’s hat! So armed with instructions and materials, all participants will construct and decorate their own chef’s hat. Now, with chef’s hats on heads, it’s time to start the competition.

Our Team Cooking Competition now features Apple iPads® delivering text, audio and video clues, Culinary Trivia, exciting gaming challenges, and the ability to capture and save all your memories of this truly heartwarming event with photos and video of your team in action.

As teams answer questions correctly, they gain access to the marketplace and select the “measured” ingredients they choose to make their various dishes. Teams will be given the ingredients and a dish description but not a specific recipe, and that’s where the teambuilding comes in!

After everything has been prepared, the venue’s kitchen staff will complete the dishes that need to be cooked or baked. This is your team’s opportunity to decorate their space on the display table that will showcase their finished creations for the judges.

After all the completed dishes have been assembled on a long buffet table, the judging will begin. Dishes will be judged on presentation and taste and Culinary Medals of Honor will be presented to the winning teammates.

And yes, you can now eat everything in the room and drink a little wine as well. Bon Appetit!

Our Team Cooking Competition encourages creativity, experimentation, division of duties, and team support to come up with the best overall product.

Aspects of the program may be modified depending on variables including, but not limited to, venue restrictions, program length, and group size.

Pricing
Pricing varies depending upon the number of participants (minimum of 50) and includes the program, design, a lead chef, facilitators, cooking utensils, aprons, all materials, knives, spoons, bowls, cutting boards, pots, burners, award medals, and complete event coordination. Client covers the cost of the ingredients for their menu as provided by the venue.
